This election really is the most important of our lifetimes. The stakes have never been higher. We are fighting on all fronts – for our jobs, our health and safety, and for social and economic justice. We know how important it is vote Trump out of office. But this November there are issues on the local and state ballot that are just as vital for working people — and we need every volunteer we can get to take back America and ensure essential services and civil rights are protected in our city and our state.
The SFLC is doing our part by holding phone banks Monday through Thursday from 5:00 – 8:30 pm. We will be calling members to urge them to vote for funding our essential services by voting YES on Props 15 & 16 and Measure F. And urging a No on 22 vote to put our foot on the breaks of Uber, Lyft, and Doordash, whose misleading Prop 22 would strip basic worker protections, such as Social Security and unemployment benefits, from workers.
Please sign up for phone bank shifts using this Google Form. Once you’ve signed up, we will send you a registration link for the phone bank, along with instructions and the script.
