SEIU-United Service Workers West has a labor dispute with First Security Services and no other
employers. There are no demands to stop services or cease deliveries. Bently Reserve, owner of 301 Battery in San Francisco, recently contracted services with First Security (FSS), an irresponsible
contractor with a track record of wage and hour violations. Property owners like Bently Reserve
should provide good jobs for Security Officers. Security Officers deserve a voice on the job, quality healthcare and a living wage, not just minimum standards under the law!
Now’s the time for us to stand together and declare that buildings like 301 Battery can (and must), do better for working class families and people of color in our community. PLEASE JOIN WITH US!
WHEN: Wednesday, September 28th @ 3p.
WHERE: 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.
