Kim Tavaglione, Campaign Director

Kim Tavaglione joined the Council in September of 2018 after serving as an Executive Committee member for nearly a decade. Kim previously worked as a representative with SEIU and most recently a community and political director at NUHW, bringing years of experience organizing and campaigning with public, private and non-profit workers.

Kim runs the Labor-Neighbor, issues and independent expenditure political programs and staffs the Law and Legislative committee. When she isn’t running field campaigns, Kim uses her leadership and experience to assist affiliates with strategy development to continuously build power for the working class movement.
