Title: SFLC Program Meeting: Healthcare Forum
Location: Plumbers Hall ~ 1621 Market Street, SF
Start Time: 6:00 PM
Date: 2018-09-24

Healthcare Justice for Working Families
How do we get there? Your employer should not determine your ability to seek Healthcare. We must stop the perpetual cycle of increasing premiums, higher deductibles, larger co-pays with negligible raises. Where do you think your raise went? The insurance company got the raise you deserved!
 We must get Healthcare off the bargaining table,
 Prioritize wages, pensions and working conditions,
 We must eliminate the hourly threshold for health coverage
 Include all family members

Join the SF Labor Council, Jobs with Justice and the SF Chapter of the Campaign for a Healthy California for a robust discussion on Healthcare Justice featuring:
Mark Dudzic, National Coordinator of the Labor Campaign for Single Payer
Maureen “Mo” Dugan, RN., UCSF and CNA Board of Directors
Ian Lewis, Research Director for Unite-HERE, Local 2
Dr. Jeff Gee, MD. Clinical Professor at UCSF and Small Group Practice at St Luke’s

Monday, September 24th 6:00 pm
Plumber’s Hall
1621 Market Street, SF
