Title: SFLC Program Meeting on Black Lives Matter Movement & Labor
Location: Plumbers Hall ~ 1621 Market Street
Description: The San Francisco Labor Council would like to invite you to join us for a panel discussion on Black Lives Matter and the Labor Movement in our communities. The program will be moderated by our Brenda Barros, SEIU 1021, and Lola Preza, SEIU 1000. The distinguished panel will include a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement as well as union members and workers in the community. In addition we will hear from community and labor about how unions and community organizations are incorporating this movement and what some next steps are. There will be a chance for discussion and questions and answers as well.
