In Feb 2004, the SF Minimum Wage Ordinance went into effect, benefiting tens of thousands of low-wage workers and helping raise the bar for labor standards nationwide.
Today, the nation and San Francisco are debating income inequality and the minimum wage once again, as low-wage workers movements gain momentum nationally. Come celebrate 10 years of San Francisco’s grassroots victory, and renew our fight to lead the way and make San Francisco a city for all!
